Graduate Student Office

The Graduate Student Office (GSO) within Strategy, Programs, Resources is the direct contact point for all graduate students and supervisors and offers support in all administrative matters.

It coordinates the graduate school activities and assists with the organization of courses, seminars and events like the Orientation Days and the annual Graduate Students´ Day. It is responsible for the allowance of travel grants and assists in the organization of graduate student retreats. It promotes the interaction of graduate students on campus in close cooperation with the elected Graduate Student Representatives and the Doctoral Students' Initiative (DINI). After successful completion of the doctoral thesis and the HELENA graduate school, the Graduate Student Office issues the HELENA Certificates in agreement with the university partners.

Scientific Training Attendance Forms

The scientific training attendance forms should be submitted to the Graduate Student Office (GSO) after every term in April and October (1 term=1 Semester, 01 April - 30 September or 01 October - 31 March).
