* a Project Coordinator for the Implementation of the Campus Management System at Helmholtz Munich. Here's the link to the call in HINT, this is an internal job offer and not to be distributed externally. A new Campus-Management-System is being implemented at Helmholtz Munich. For this a project coordinator (part-time) is needed, best to start in September. The main part is communication and management of the requirements between Helmholtz Munich and the external company. You will receive professional training in agile methods and will be intensively accompanied by a personal agile coach in your role and made fit for this task. This super interesting position in the emerging field of digitalisation is an ideal possibility to gain/enhance your experience in Project Management and Change Management. The position is limited to 6 months, the scope of the tasks is suitable as part-time work with the possibility to work on them e.g. in the context of the finalization of the PhD.
For both positions, applicants need to be fluent in German.
