This year’s Heinrich Wieland Prize symposium will be very special and honours and presents the award to the 2020 and 2021 Heinrich Wieland laureates in a joint scientific symposium and festive award ceremony. As the current regulations allow only a small number of guests at the traditional venue at Nymphenburg Palace in Munich, Germany, it was decided to open the event for online participation. It will take place from 1 p. m. to 9 p. m. (CEST) on Thursday, 21 October 2021.

The symposium and award ceremony will be broadcast via livestream. Online participants can join in the discussions from around the world, meet with the laureates and speakers, and network and socialize in dedicated virtual spaces.

The registration deadline is 30 September 2021.
