This online training is designed to support and inspire you to fulfill the demanding tasks of doctoral supervision. Through the development of skills and approaches in teaching and leadership, on an academic and personal level, you will be enabled to accompany young researchers on their way to academic independence — one of the most rewarding experiences.
Working together with colleagues from different research institutions in the Munich area will enlarge your personal network and provide valuable connections to peers.
This course is split into multiple short online sessions that can easily be integrated into your workday (approx. 25 hours total).
