MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) Course

This intensive course offers stress management through the practice of mindfulness, based on the globally established curriculum of the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) program by molecular biologist Jon Kabat-Zinn. Essential to the effectiveness of the course is regular practice at home.

Core topics:

  • explore own perception
  • recognize own reaction patterns
  • stress triggers and stress reactions
  • dealing with difficult thoughts and emotions
  • dealing with pain
