Research in Europe

Research in Europe: Under the slogan "Research in Europe: develop your scientific career", the European Liaison Office of the German Research Organisations (KoWi), together with LMU and TUM, will hold an online information event on Tuesday, 09^th February, 2021, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The event provides an overview on German and European funding opportunities and is targeted to doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers who aim to pursue a career either in research or outside academia. Places are limited, the registration is open now.

- Kick-off Horizon Europe: The new EU Framework Programme for Research & Innovation, Horizon Europe, will start on January 1^st, 2021. The Technical University Munich (TUM) and the Ludwig-Maximilians-University (LMU) co-organize an online launch event on Wednesday, 10^th February, 2021, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. In the short virtual sessions, funding experts will share their insights about forthcoming calls for collaborative research projects in 2021-2022 in all fields of science. The event is targeted to professors, group leaders, advanced researchers and research managers who aim to gain insights into the upcoming topics of European collaborative funding. Places are limited, the registration is open now.
