Further Information on the Helmholtz Pioneer Campus
The Helmholtz Pioneer Campus (HPC) derives from the ambition of the Helmholtz Zentrum München Executives and the HPC Directors to transform the way research is performed and to inspire a new scientific culture: away from pure discovery towards the engineering of medical solutions by innovating at the intersection of the 3b’s: bioengineering, biomedicine and bioinformatics.
At HPC we share the ambition to accelerate forward-looking technologies such as organ-on biochip-, single cell-, genomic- and epigenetic- technologies, advance in-vivo imaging and material designs, pioneer compound delivery techniques, and master artificial intelligence algorithms for unprecedented insights and new medical solutions.
