Ombudspersons for Doctoral Researchers are designated impartial individuals who mediate in cases of conflict between doctoral researchers and their advisers. All conversations are strictly confidential. The ombudspersons are appointed by the Board of Directors for a term of two years on the proposal of the doctoral representatives.
