International Staff and Dual Career Services

The International Staff & Dual Career Services (ISDCS) team at the Human Resources Department is the established central point of contact at Helmholtz Munich for you as an international staff member and visiting researcher and your family members. Our goal is to provide you and your family with the best possible support to enable you to focus fully on your professional activities. We aim to provide you with targeted assistance to help you integrate in your new place of residence.

International Staff & Dual Career Services is the first contact point at the Helmholtz center for all international researchers. We provide advice and practical support regarding the preparation and realization of your research stay at the Helmholtz Zentrum München. Our aim is to facilitate your relocation to Munich and to make you feel at home as soon as possible.

Cover all phases of your stay at Helmholtz Munich – from travel preparations, important initial formalities and the stay itself through to exit interviews and follow-up support should you wish to pursue a new career challenge. Feel absolutely free to get in touch with us whenever you wish on any matter not directly related to your work: whether issues connected with living and working in Munich, day-to-day matters, or simply if you’re not yet sure who to consult – we’re grateful for your trust and will do everything we can to help you!
