Young researcher summer school on "Impact of anthropization on microbial soil functions"

Present and discuss contemporary topics and new methodologies on microbial ecology in anthropized soils. The summer school will be held in english and is intended for PhD students, Post-docs, and scientists interested in microbial ecology of contaminated soils.

summer school on the “Functions of soil microbial communities : impact  of anthropization”, that will take place from the 22nd to the 31st August 2017, at Nancy (FRANCE).

This summer school funded by the French-German University follows the last editions held in München (Germany) in 2015 and in Nancy (France) in 2013.

The aim of the school is to present and discuss contemporary topics and new methodologies on microbial ecology in anthropized soils. During the 10 days, mornings will be dedicated to lectures (15 international invited lecturers) and afternoons to practical lab work (on your own soil samples), demonstrations and visits of experimental sites.

The summer school will be held in english and is intended for PhD students, Post-docs, and scientists interested in microbial ecology of contaminated soils and who want to deepen their knowledge in this field.
