Apply for the research award „Young Scientists IO“
The research award "Young Scientists IO" promotes innovative scientific and medical work in the field of immuno-oncology that serves to give people diagnosed with cancer better chances for a future worth living. Young researchers who work in the field of medicine, biology, health services research and related fields are eligible to apply.
The research award is endowed a maximum of 15,000 euros, but max. for 3 award winners with 5,000 EUR each. Awardees and their award-winning research is presented at the Deutsche Krebskongress (DKK), the largest and oldest oncology congress in Germany.
Application is possible before reaching the age of 40 and before habilitation.
The application deadline is October 31, 2021.
