The Helmholtz Munich Career Center offers an interactive Cover Letter workshop that will teach you from the bottom up how to write a contemporary and convincing Cover Letter, especially for the German-speaking non-academic job market.
In this workshop you will learn:
- about the purpose, qualities and key components of a Cover Letter,
- how to tailor it to a specific job advertisement,
- to take your personal fit into consideration,
- to create a convincing storyline.
How do we teach? Be prepared for a dynamic and interactive workshop with group and writing exercises, presentations, real-life Cover Letter examples and much more.
Your contribution? The workshop requires your active participation and to have a recent draft of a cover letter ready.
There are 30 participant places available for the workshop - first come, first serve. Registration is possible until December 6th and you will receive an answer until December 7th if you received a seat or not.
