Dear Doctoral Students,

In times like these, we want to give you some information on how to keep sciencing effectively, especially if confined to home office.

Stay healthy - We all know how social distancing is crucial during a pandemic. Nevertheless, make sure to stay active and eat healthy. Enjoy a nice walk in the sun or participate in a 15 days yoga/pilates challenge.

Keep in touch with others - More important now than ever before. Set aside 15 minutes a day for friends or persons closest to you.

Learn a new skill - If you are still having some free time left, how about using it to learn a new skill? Several online platforms offer free courses, from academic writing to programming. Check out an insight from editors and experienced reviewers on how to prepare a peer review report.

Astrid Lunkes has prepared a great list of online resources and inspiration for presentation skill trainings, which you can explore here.
