General Coordination

Talent management and career development of young scientists have top priority at the Center. Within Strategy, Programs, Resources (SPR, formerly Program Planning and Management, PPM), headed by Dr. Martina Hansen, Dr. Monika Beer manages the area Scientific Education and Training. This area is responsible for the coordination of the graduate school HELENA, for the Helmholtz Research School Radiation Sciences (RS2), the Graduate Student Office, postdoctoral training, the HMGU Postdoctoral Fellowship Program (PFP) as well as recruitment, support and tenure evaluation of Junior Research Groups.
