Juan David Henao Sanchez

I started my PhD in August 2019 at the Institute of Computational Biology. I am working on multi-omics data integration focused on respiratory diseases. I have been a member of the DINI, the HMGU doctoral initiative, since my first days here at HMGU. As an international PhD member, I understand the challenges of the first days as an international researcher at HMGU. Therefore, I want to provide my experience to help new PhD members and new international doctoral researchers.
This new reality has shown us we need each other more than ever. Being a member of this doctoral initiative, I want to help every PhD researcher at HMGU, not only in the academic/professional field. Keep the spirit up is a fundamental aspect to care about. The DINI members are here to help in every aspect of the PhD life. You are not alone!
