Sept. 2-8: Computational Analysis of Protein-Protein Interactions

EMBO Practical Course for bench biologists. Protein-protein interactions (PPIs) play a central role in many essential biological processes and structures. In particular, the dynamism, co-operativity, and low affinity of many PPIs plays a crucial role in mediating and building the intricate and robust networks of regulation and signaling used by cells to control many aspects of their physiology.
In this course, trainees will be introduced to a range of commonly-used bioinformatics tools that can be used to understand and predict PPIs.
