Simon Göllner

I started as a doctoral student in September 2021 at the Institute of Biological and Medical Imaging. With my background in laser technology and optics, I work on high throughput screening setups for photoswitchable optoacoustic and also fluorescence agents. I joined DINI after the Get Together in November, which was lots of fun.  As many others, I also struggled a bit with all the administrative things as a new doctoral student and would like to help other newcomers guide them through it. As one of the doctoral representatives, I would represent your interests towards the Center. If you have any questions or issues, feel free to get in touch. I am always happy to help others and I am looking forward to maybe meet some of you in person.
